the contrary it really was the best software website I have ever had!
More comprehensive than anything I ever purchased! Not only from the
standpoint of the great software package but to the excellent security
to ensure the security of our vital information.
There also
was speedy and synchronized installation of the site – the emails were
virtually coming back to back from many areas welcoming me and ensuring
great customer service from that moment on! But it didn't stop there -
I had a few questions to clarify things and Rob is EXCELLENT - he is
the man!
I am not a pro and coding by far and I hate learning new things, but I MUST TELL YOU that
I was shocked what I have done. Yes I was intimidated first to learn
this program because it looks complicated similar to the Wiki thing
which I got rid of, but after watching his videos I started copying
what was going in the video and doing it at the same time. It was so
addicting that I completed my site in about 1 1/2 days
I have also spent $20 printing out the entire manual at office max!
Now I can read in bed - it is well over 100 pages and well worth that.
I must have sent 15 emails or more to Rob so far (sorry) asking some things that I still had questions and NEVER
has he come back denying help...matter of fact now we send emails on a
more like a friend level. I will certainly continue doing business with
them and perhaps win a free year of hosting! Oops Rob you know that’s
a good idea – the best site wins something… However, its all well worth
